How to satisfy customer and make your customer "loyal" to your product?

I always joke with my friend that..

"Give them something beyond their expectation..as a SURPRISE!"

Did you get any surprise from your favourite brand or product supplier?

"Here's the another calendar for you and your friend ya!"


Oh my.. I just offered a FREE calendar without any condition? What a surprise! I just keep on smiling with something in my heart..

"You have got me ya, Subway!!"
